Ze względu na wielkość i specyfikę rynek powierzchni biuro-
wych w stolicy wymaga osobnego omówienia. Jest on podzie-
lony na dziewięć stref. Należą do nich: strefy centralne (Ścisłe
Centrum i Centrum) oraz strefy poza centrum (Północ, Wschód,
Południe Górne, Południe Dolne, Południowy Wschód, Połu-
dniowy Zachód oraz Zachód). Po lewej stronie Wisły znajduje się
95% całkowitych zasobów powierzchni biurowych Warszawy.

Due to the size and characteristics, the market of the office space
in the capital requires a separate discussion. It is divided into nine
zones. These include the central zones (Core and City Centre) and
theareasoutsidethecenter (North,East,UpperSouth,LowerSouth,
South East, SouthWest andWest). 95% of the total office space in
Warsaw is located on the left bank of the river. The total modern
office stock inWarsawamounts to nearly 3,75 million sqm (as of
