Please tell us, how did it happen that you became professio-
nally engaged in the office property market?
A few years ago, when I was looking for a job in the
field of marketing and communication, I came across
an offer at Skanska. At the time, I associated the name
with the construction industry in general, but numero-
us “Employer of the Year” awards and a common opi-
nion among my friends about Skanska as a solid Swedish
company led me to say to myself, “why not the construc-
tion industry?”. Only at the job interview was I put right
and it was explained to me that I was going to deal with
office properties. And then I “took the bait”, my invo-
lvement and interest in the industry grew quickly. I got
involved in office rentals, in the meantime I completed
postgraduate studies in real estate. Office properties
have become my passion and today I can’t imagine de-
aling with something else anymore.
